What if you don’t have the exact flowers in the picture I ordered?
Sadly, this can happen. Some flowers don’t do well in certain climates, pink roses are unexpectedly in demand on a random day, or we just don’t have that specific flower in stock. Photos are flower arrangements under the absolute best circumstances - we are dedicated to delivering the closest thing to “picture perfect” as we can with the product, we have available. We are pros at improvising while staying consistent with color, style, and value. If you know there is a flower or color your recipient would hate receiving, drop us a line so we can avoid them!
How Do I Make My Flowers Last Longer?
All flowers LOVE daily fresh water! While you’re changing the water, rinse your vase out to avoid any unpleasant buildup or plant bacteria that might sneak in there. The last thing we want is your gorgeous arrangement to lose its shine too soon.
Can I Request A Flower Delivery At A Specific Time?
Absolutely, you can request a specific delivery window! Indicate while ordering or give us a call if you have a timeframe in mind. Especially notify us if you have an event your arrangement must be delivered to. Granted, we can’t control traffic or crazy weather, but we will do our best to have your flowers delivered on-time in mint condition.
